INTRODUCING: Brushed Florals + Framed Tags Park Avenue

Thanks for coming by today, I'm really stoked about today's Introduction of Brushed Florals. It was a set that I painted by hand using watercolors, then digitizing for use as stamps! It's always interesting and challenging transitioning artwork from one medium to another. We go from soft translucent colors to a flat image, so it's not always easy! I think we did alright here. :)

For my card, to achieve that translucent look present in watercolors, I opted to do gradient stamping which our pigment inks are perfect for! Here I used Blush and Bubblegum, you first ink up with Blush then ink the edges with the darker color.

I used the polka dots from Boutique Borders to create the background. The pink mat is from Dotted Details, I love that it uses minimal cardstock!

For this card I just did straight on stamping using a color palette I rarely use - royal blue, dark pink, teal, and pops of yellow! It feels so luxurious! The sentiment is from Heartfelt Thanks.

Like the new frame? Tt's from the newest die set in the Framed Tags series, and this one is called Framed Tags - Park Avenue! I love what an elegant look it gives off!

See you again tomorrow!
