Congrats All Around with Vera

Hi friends! It's Vera here today sharing Mama Elephant project featuring Congrats All Around. I really adore this stamp set and could easy combine with other stamp set. Just like today, I combined with  Nom Nom Kitties, Party Animals and Girlfriends
