Celebration Balloons with Laura

Hi there! Laura here and today I have a project to share featuring the fun Celebration Balloons stamp set along with coordinating Celebration Balloons Creative Cuts.

Mama Elephant-Celebration Balloons 
I paired a couple of cute images from Up and Away to hand from the Celebration Balloons.

I colored the images with Copics and blended distress inks onto the background. I die cut the background panel with on of the Framed Tags-Chelsea Creative Cuts.
