DIY Invitation with Anna
Hello! Anna is here today with you to show my Designer Series project for this DIY Invitation / Invitation Wishes stamp sets week. I like the wedding polygraphy and these stamp sets inspired me to make something like this but using only stamps!
I love builder stamp sets - you can create unique projects for any occasion! And my today's projects is about invitation and R.S.V.P. card.
I started with preparing the pieces of cream and gray card stock, and also I used masking paper. I made an envelope with the colored inner part (this is the separate piece of the card stock) one 'You are invited card', the card with the details and small R.S.V.P. card. I covered the central parts of my cards with the masking paper - I wanted to make something like floral borders around the text.
With the light gray dye inks I stamped the flowers from Pretty Peonies stamp set. Then there were the hours of coloring all of these flowers)) (It was really long time, so I don't recommend to repeat this if you need more then one haha!). I used Kuretake watercolors #36 for the flowers and #51 and #52 for the leaves.
Then I removed the masking paper and stamped all the sentiments and phrases. For the address and date details I used Calli Letters stamp sets and dark blue inks. Then I placed the insert into the envelope and everything is ready!
Have a great day!
