Little Boo Agenda with Mette

Hello! Mette Witus here today with some interactive tags featuring the amazing Little Boo Agenda Stamps

As it’s probably obvious by now, I LOVE the little agenda series from Mama Elephant, so you can just imagine my excitement when I saw these adorable ghosts!
Aren’t they just the cutest little things? 
And I know it’s probably a little early, but I simply had to make some tags for some Halloween treat bags.



I started my tags off by cutting 6 of the Artist Mat tags, three for the tag fronts and three as the backs.
 For each of the fronts I stamped the city from the Me and My Robot Stamps about ¾ inches up from the bottom. I used Black Soot Oxide ink and then clear heat embossing powder on top.

Then I used the circle die from cupcake wishes dies to cut out three masks for the moons and placed them where I wanted the moon to be behind the buildings. Then I masked the area under the stamped city too, so only the sky area was visible.



For the dark sky I used three different Distress Oxides: Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire and Faded Jeans. I made sure the color was still very light near the moon and gradually became darker further away. And then the amazing moment when you get to remove the masks and see the result! If you feel the moon is a bit too white, you can blend in a teeny tiny bit of the faded jeans to soften it a bit.



For my ghosts, I stamped them on Neenah cardstock and colored them with my copics – really quick and easy since the ghosts themselves don’t need much color. Really easy to mass produce, especially if you have the dies.


You could just add the ghost with a foam square and be done, but I wanted them to be a bit more fun, so I made them able to move around. I did this by cutting out and area from where I wanted my ghost to be – small enough to be hidden behind the ghost most of the time. I ended up using one of the cloud dies from Circle of Friends dies, but you could really do anything that fits behind the ghost. Then I used a slightly bigger die to cut out a piece of cardstock. This will work almost like a slider card, keeping the ghost moving around without falling out of the card.

To attach the ghost, simply place the extra die cut piece of cardstock behind the hole in the front tag, and then add the ghost onto it using a small foam square.

 If you want your ghost to move around some more, add the back tag with some thin foam strips around the edges, or a few layers of cardstock strips like I did.



If you have any Halloween sentiments you could add them on the white bottom area, I made my own by using one the Happy sentiments from the Mini Messages Stamps and then spelled out Halloween with the Lots of Letters Stamps.
