This week, we start our Stamp Highlight with FOUR SEASONS.
The one thing I love most about Mother Nature is the Seasons she brings. Every year my family and I look forward to doing seasonal activities. May it be building a jolly snowman in the winter or feeling warm sand in between our toes during the summer. What better way to document these special moments than with this stamp set in your scrapbook and project life? Four Seasons is also a great set to give additional personalization to any "Birthday" and "It's Your Day" cards!
Looks like it's your day! Our fabulous Design Team has some great projects to share!
Emily created a birthday card by popping the solid
sentiment in the centre of the calendar which was stamped on a vellum
Embellished Tag die. The 'celebrate' sentiment is from Remember December.
Pearl created a personalized and feminine birthday card
for a special little girl who turned four on November 5th. She
highlighted the number 4 by coloring it in pink and encircling it with
the date stamp. To give the card an extra pop, she added a dimensional
glitter gold butterfly, glitter gold paint splatters, and sequins.
Geralyn used Four Season to create a custom birthday
card. The circular date stamp was perfect to mark off the date of her
friend's birthday, and she lightly colored in the numbers '2' and '3' to
indicate her friend's age. Mama Elephant's Lollipop, Bubblegum, and
Blush pigment inks are beautiful shades of pink that complemented the
card's color scheme.
On this card, Jenn created a winter scene using the
circular date stamps from the Four Seasons set. The numbers, arrow and
snowflake really pop with the Apple pigment ink from ME. The Winter
circle really sets off the card when embossed in silver and the "Hello, I
miss your face" sentiment from the Water Blooms set easily blends in.
Don't you just love the numbers stamped on the banner diecut?!?!
JJ mixed dye inks over the stamps to show the cycle of
the season in color! She used the Embellished Tag die to create a
little layered detail. Click over to JJ's blog to see the coordinating
message inside!
Laura used the Four Seasons stamp set to create a fun
birthday card. She stamped the background with the numbers and created
the focal point by white embossing the circular date stamp.
Nichol created a set of Project Life cards using the
stamps from Four Seasons. She was able to evoke the feeling of each
season by simply changing the ink colors and accent stamping.
Awesome projects, ladies! Each one is completely fantastic!

Love this stamp set. Thanks for the great card ideas. I am always intimidated by these kind of stamps. Further, these would make great cards for male recipients, one of my design challenges. Cheers!
