Designer Series: Inline Letters with Geralyn Sy

Hi everyone! Geralyn here today with a layout to share with you using Mama Elephant's awesome alpha stamps, particularly the new Inline Letters set.

I am a big fan of quotes, and I have a pinterest board dedicated to quotes that I find meaningful or inspiring. I knew I wanted to use a quote as the focal point of my layout, so I went through my pins until I found one from Kurt Vonnegut that fit my photograph.

I began stamping the quote using Inline Letters and Mama Elephant's Smoke pigment ink. I also used Flashy Letters for the ampersand and Midnight Letters for a part of the quote. I decided to stamp part of the quote with black ink to add contrast and emphasis.

I really wanted to emphasize the word 'happy' so I used Mama Elephant's Inline Letters with the matching dies so I could pop up the letters with foam adhesive. I love how it adds some dimension to the layout.

To finish off the layout, I stamped some sequins from Confetti and the snowflake from Four Seasons with a variety of Mama Elephant's Creative Color pigment inks!
