First Look: Bloomsies

With the upcoming wedding season, I did warn you that Mama Elephant will be coming out with a bunch of floral sets, didn't I? Today I'm starting my First Looks series with Bloomsies, a super cute small flower building set. With it's coordinating Creative Cuts, it makes layering and building flowers together a ton of fun!

I have two cards to show you today, both super fun and easy to create!

Here's my first using one of the starburst flowers in the set and my favorite banner image. There are so many ways to design a banner, and I really, really like what we've done here. It makes creating a stylish card so easy!

My second card uses a sentiment and small images from Bountiful Blessings which you'll see more of tomorrow. I used a lot of the floral images found in this set to build my own background. I love how bright and perfect this card will be for any wedding couple! So easy to recreate a pattern that you really can't mess up on!

So what do you think of Bloomsies? We're just getting things started, so see you back here tomorrow for more!

  1. That background is gorgeous! I love how the flowers look beautiful even when the stamps aren't layered. Gives us more options to be creative with the stamp set :)
