Potted Pretties with Ashley

Hey everyone! Ashley here sharing a card created with the new stamp set Potted Pretties!  I just love this stamp set and knew I had to create something extra special. ;) My inspiration came from a recent trip to the garden store. When I was shopping for new spring plants, a few just stood out and those are the ones I picked to purchase. This card tries to copy that moment.

To create my card I started by stamping all of the potted plants in Moonlight on a piece of white card stock that fit inside of the large polaroid from Polaroid Fun. Next I stamped, die cut and colored my focal potted plant. I put them all together with a light grey polaroid frame cut from Polaroid Fun. Next, I shaded the background potted plants with a light grey Copic marker.

The polaroid picture was grounded to my card with a piece of washi tape. I stamped the sentiment that ties perfectly to the scene I created and added a few enamel dots and a sequin to finish my card.

This was such a fun card to create and I hope you picked up some inspiration to create a card of your own!

Thanks for stopping by!

Photo Bomb with Geralyn

Hi everyone! It's Geralyn here with a look into a card I made using the new Photo Bomb stamp set. Photo Bomb is perfect for those gifts that are from a whole group of people, and I wanted to create a large card (letter-sized paper folded in half) so that there would be plenty of room for everyone to write their message.

I started by stamping and coloring the cute gang of friends, then die-cutting some polaroid frames (with Polaroid Fun) for my card. I arranged the polaroids on my card and added some patterned paper in two of the frames, then washi tape so that the polaroids don't look like they're floating.

In the bottom polaroid, I chose a sentiment from Photo Bomb and added the smile script die-cut. The stamped confetti makes the card extra festive!

Here's a look at my finished card. Thanks for stopping by!

Magic Moments with Pamela

Hello everyone! It's Pamela here with a project for Mama Elephant using the stamp set Magic Moments. This stamp set is perfect for card making, scrapbooking and project life documentation. I decided to use the fun sentiments to dress up my project life spread. I stamped the "hello" banner on a piece of white cardstock and cut out the banner by hand.

DS - Magic Moments - 4

I stitched the banner in place on one of my photos. Hello gorgeous Starbucks taster card!

DS - Magic Moments - 2

I used this "love this" stamp set and stamped it on another piece of white cardstock and cut it out by hand. I thought this sentiment was perfect for these beautiful Starbucks cards that I received in the mail!

DS - Magic Moments - 5

I also used the banner for the pretty sleeve from Starbucks :) I love that sentiment of finding magic in our daily lives.

Here's my complete spread with the magical sentiments from Mama Elephant to document my week using Project Life.

STAMP HIGHLIGHT : POTTED PRETTIES

Lets sit back and enjoy day 4 of Stamp Highlights with Potted Pretties! How pretty are these?!

Elena used her favorite image from Potted Pretties to create a new baby card. The coloring really pops when backed with the white circle dies!

Geralyn colored the adorable potted plants with watercolor pencil crayons, and then she double stamped the sentiment - offsetting the sentiment with light green ink - for an extra pop of color. How fun!

Pamela decorated her lavender plant using the strawberry plant and butterfly stamp set from Potted Pretties. These stamps make adorable decorations for real plants!

Nichol paired the Potted Pretties with the window die from the Peek A Frames Creative Cuts and the sun from the My Sunshine Stamp Set to create a lovely scene.

Another adorable potted pretty! We love the way Laura cropped & popped her sentiment.

STAMP HIGHLIGHT : MAGIC MOMENTS

Welcome back for day 3 of Stamp Highlights! Today we are featuring Magic Moments! What these girls can do with stamps is pretty magical, I'd say!

Geralyn created a cute little tag using Magic Moments and Potted Pretties. She had fun coloring in the plants with a simple crosshatching technique.

We love Laura's swoopy magical background she created using one of the Landscape Trio dies as a mask along with several of our pigment inks.

Ashley created a sweet scene around a sentiment from Magic Moments. The stars from the Confetti Creative Cuts tie perfectly in to the tiny star stamps in this set.

Nichol combined greetings and the teeny tiny star stamps from Magic Moments with a couple of critters from Ella & Friends and the sun rays from Sunny Skies for a truly magical card.

Elena made this super adorable scene by using the hello banner from Magic Moments and some friends from Ella & Friends. How clever!

STAMP HIGHLIGHT : PHOTO BOMB

Hi All! Welcome to day 2 of Stamp Highlights as we take a look at Photo Bomb! Oh what a fun set! Can't wait to see this pop up all over social media! ;)

Nichol created a trio of polaroid snapshots by combining the Photo Bomb Stamp Set with the Polaroid Fun Creative Cuts dies. She secured the polaroids in place with bright washi tape and colored her greeting to match the card design.

We love how Elena brought in the sentiment from Good Times to pair with the Photobomb images! The biggest Photobomb image is stamped twice, and layered into the polaroid frames from the Instalove die set.

Elena also made a second card. She subbed in the Smile die-cut for the first part of a sentiment from Photo Bomb.  We love how Elena made her own faux-polaroid!

We love Laura's adorable trio of selfies. She used the Polaroid Fun creative cuts to frame her photos as well as the speech bubble. So fun!

We love how Geralyn created an array of mini polaroids using Photo Bomb and the Polaroid Fun Creative Cuts. The gold star sequins add an extra bit of shine to this fun card!

Pamela used the largest selfie stamp and paired it with a real life group photo for a fun Throwback Thursday layout.

Ashley created a fun party card with the large selfie picture from Photo Bomb. What an awesome birthday card!

Laura used the coordinating Ella & Friends dies to create her fun scene as well as her favorite "smooshing" technique for the colorful background.

Ashley created this sweet card, perfect to add to any birthday card stash! There are so many fun images in this set! We love the hat and umbrella that she added to this party elephant.

We love how Geralyn used Freestyle Florals and the Sew Fancy Creative Cuts to make a whimsical background for Ella & her little rabbit friend. This card is great for any occasion!

Pamela selectively stamped little bunny hanging onto Ella's nose for an adorable friendship card finished with the Starburst cover creative cut for the background.

Ella & Friends are ready to party! We love the sweet scene that Elena created, and how she framed out the images with sentiment banners.

MARCH RELEASE REVIEW

Hi there! Are we ready for the March Release? We have 4 new stamp sets, 3 new creative cuts for you this month!

and there we have it!

They will go on sale at 12 midnight, EST!

INTRODUCING: Magic Moments

We're bringing back some graphic sentiments with Magic Moments. It's important to find joy and magic in our lives, focus on the positives. Magic Moments will help you convey those magical moments.

This set will work for any occasion, it's quite fitting for cards, scrapbooking, or daily documentation!

Inspiration just hit! I think we need to create a magical set of images -- perhaps casting happy spells on one another? What do you think, wouldn't that be fun?

I used my favorite sentiment from the set and paired it with Bear Hugs... the finished card is one that is quite touching. The dark to light ombre watercoloring evokes a certain mood balanced by the suspending stars -- it creates quite a magical scene. I made sure to give the bears enough contrast, as if the stars are shining brightly, and magically upon them.

Here's a closer look at the embossed sentiment.

Angela paired a sentiment with one of the Tiny Heroes because all we need is a little of magic to bring the super hero out of us!

Are we all ready for the Stampede? More projects and giveaways to come tomorrow!
