Hello my fellow Mama Elephant lovers! Today I'm the guest blogger for ME featuring two of their brand new stamp sets. I've got three cards and three tags to share with you!
The first stamp set I worked with is Monster Jam. The little monsters are small, so they work perfectly on the Mama Elephant tags from their Framed Tags die set. I made three tags:
I made shaker tags by using both of the tag dies with fun foam between them. I filled them with multi-color sequins. I watercolored the tag front on each.
I stamped the monsters in a light tan ink and then colored them with Copic markers. I then outlined them with a fine tip black marker. I curved the sentiments in the set to stamp them on the top of each tag.
I stamped all four of the monsters, the confetti, and the little words randomly over watercolor paper. I painted them all and then painted between them with shimmery pearlescent watercolor (or a Wink of Stella pen would work for this type of sheen).
I stamped the sentiment on a stitched banner and added some twine to the top of the card. I also added some white 4mm sequins around the images.
My next two cards use the darling Pix's Favorite stamp set.
I used a frame die from the same Framed Tags die-set. I use these dies so much! I watercolored the frame and attached it to a white card base.
I stamped the bunnies and accessories in tan ink and then colored them with Copic markers. I outlined them with a fine tip black marker. I stamped the sentiment above them on the card base and added some white sequins.
This card is made from watercolor paper that I painted with purples and pinks. I die-cut a stitched frame out of the top of the card base and stamped the sentiment on the inside of the card.
I stamped all of the bunnies and accessories and colored them with Copic markers. I added some of the little leaves colored in purples to match the background. I think trees in bunnyville have purple leaves, don't they?
I hope you enjoyed my creations today. I certainly enjoyed making them! Working (rather playing) with Mama Elephant stamps is always a pleasure for me!
