Hey! Hope you're enjoying your weekend, thanks for stopping by as we take a look at the super playful and fun set called Rowdy Raccoons. This set is perfect for children or just any playful adult with its cute raccoons at play and matching sentiments to amp up the fun.
I broke out lots of different coloring techniques for this card!
1) I watercolored the balloon in these yummy pastel colors.
2) I colored the raccoon with Copic markers.
3 - I created the green hill using a mask I hand cut with a post-it note and ink blending with a foam.
4 - I stamped the polka dot border to create a graphic visual.
The last step was stamping the sentiment, it came out a little crooked so I added the "big hugs" sentiment to make it seem on purpose, lol.
I make stamping mistakes all the time, do you? How do you fix yours?

Oh my goodness how cute is this guy! We have raccoons that wash their dirty paws on the top step of our pool. I'm very familiar with Rowdy Raccoons!
ReplyDeleteThe raccoons are just adorable. I normally don't like raccoons but these ones are so cute! I try turning over the paper or hiding or fixing it somehow...if not starting over is an option...lol!
ReplyDeleteI always love ME critters! The raccoons are adorable! Adults are scary but last night we had three babies hiding beside our gazebo, it upset the dogs but have to admit they were cute!

ReplyDeleteThat raccoon's expression is the best...so carefree. He cannot be bothered. I make mistakes more than I do things right. I tend to cover things up with sequins or some kind of embellishment, or stamp again on another piece of cardstock, then stick it on top of the mistake with foam tape.
