Let's Go Caroling with Thi

Hello! Thi here and today for my designer's series project I am pairing Let's Go Caroling stamp set with Falala Script and Fancy Door Frame Creative Cuts. Once I saw this stamp set, I knew I had to put them in front of the Fancy Door Frame as if they were caroling in front of somebody's house!

Let's begin! I first masked off the frame of my door and ink blended the door only in Distress Ink Candy Apple and Fired Brick. I then used a brick stencil and Distress Ink Iced Spruce for my brick house wall! I continued my ink blending frenzy by cutting a small 'sidewalk or front porch' for my critters to stand on using Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass and Broken China. I heat embossed my favorite sentiment on the 'ground'. This sentiment reminds me of the movie Elf, one of my all-time favorite Christmas movies! I put my background together by gluing the door directly onto the brick wall background then I popped the sidewalk/ground up with foam tape.

I colored my images from Let's Go Caroling stamp set with Copic markers and die cut them with coordinating dies. I also die cut Falala Script Creative cuts 3 times. I ink blended one in the same color of the ground to keep it cohesive. I stacked them up and glued them together for dimension. I adhered this directly onto my card with wet glue.

Lastly, I arranged my three critters and adhered them to my card with foam tape. I finished my card by stamping little music notes from Let's Go Carolling onto my card and it's finished! I hope you like my project today and thank you for stopping by! Here is a list of the Mama Elephant supplies I used:
