First Look: Tree Friends

Welcome to the last day of First Looks. Today we are gonna take a little peek at Tree Friends. I have long wanted a pretty tree that is great inked in simple black or colored in for some punch. And with Cherry Blossoms season right around the corner, this set could not be more perfect timing wise!

Included in this set are two quote sentiments. The script is my handwriting again. I think I've really come to embrace my penmanship and find that it works very well with our style of stamps.

  • Tree Friends will be available for purchase on April 15th.
  • Tree Friends comes in a 4x6 clear acetate sheet and will retail for $15.00.
  • Tree Friends contains 15 stamps: 2 sentiment stamps and 13 images. Approximate measurements: Tree 2-4/5” x 3-4/5” Skunk 1-1/20” x 3/4” Tire swing 1/2” x 1-1/4” Friend Sentiment 2-2/5” x 1-1/5”

You'll notice that I stick with CAS a lot, mostly I want to show how amazing the images are without all the frills. Our stamps are great for beginning stampers, CAS stampers, experienced stampers, whatever your style is!

After all that distressing with inks this past week, I'm so happy to settle down in my comfort zone and create a card that is as simple as it gets. When I used to go card shopping at Hallmark, my favorite were always the simple cards with a lot of white space.

All coloring was done with Copic markers. Can't wait for you to see the whole set, it's a great balance of cute and elegant! :)

Stampede tomorrow, be here!

  6. This is stunning! It is like you read my mind... just a few weeks ago another stamp company had asked what kind of stamps you would like to see and I had written that I would love a tree image with a tire swing on it... and you made just that! I am so stoked!
