FIRST LOOK: MANY THANKS

Hey, hey! Welcome to the first day of my projects! Today I wanna highlight Many Thanks. We wanted to create a set for Thanksgiving, but being so young still, instead of an all out gobble gobble themed set, we decided to go with something more useable year round. And I've been wanting to design a set that I can use to express my many thanks to everyone that's supported us this past year. Mama Elephant has experienced some pretty amazing things so far and it's all because we are surrounded by so many great friends, family, and a great ME fanbase!

Many thanks to you! We love you!
  • Many Thanks will be available for purchase August 15th
  • Many Thanks comes in a 4x6 clear acetate sheet and will retail for $15.00
  • Many Thanks contains 22 stamps. Approximate measurements: Circle image: 1"; Arrow thanks: 2-1/4" wide; Ampersand circle: 7/16"

For my first card, I created an elegant card using the Many Thanks set paired with our florals from Lovely Mums and Water Blooms. I still can't get over how pretty those flowers are! The stripes are stamped with Basic Borders.

There goes that gradient coloring again. I'm addicted!

I created this card for CASE Study's 3rd Anniversary challenge that I posted last week on my other blog, might as well show it here too. :) It was inspired by Lisa Spangler's card, shown here.

The background was created using Full House. I stamped the background using Versamark and clear embossed it. Then I broke out my Distress markers and messily colored them in. Finally, to soften the background, I spritzed water and let dry. Does your paper curl like crazy when you spray liquid on them? It drives me crazy. So now I flatten my cards overnight using something really heavy.

To finish the card, I stamped A million thanks 3 times on white cardstock and cut it out.

Many thanks for stopping by today! The party continues tomorrow! Bye!
