Hi everyone! It's Laura here, and I have a fun project to share using the new Splendid stamp set. I absolutely love the handwritten look of these sentiments!After I stamped my sentiment in black, I clear embossed the triangle background using the Trifecta stamp set onto watercolor cardstock. Then created the faux watercolor look by smushing distress inks with my acrylic block.

ReplyDeleteLove, love, love the look! I would never in a million years have guessed that you used an acrylic block for the color! I can totally see what you mean about the colors - gotta use ones that are near each other on the color wheel or else you've got mud! Thanks so much for sharing!
