Bloomsies with Nichol

Hello stampers! Nichol here today with a Designer Series card showcasing the brand new

For my card today I created a watercolored floral wreath using the florals from the Bloomsies Stamp Set. I stamped the florals with Distress Inks and Distress Markers. Distress Ink products work and react with water so by taking a damp paintbrush to the stamped images it allows the inks to move and smooth out, giving a beautiful watercolored look!

I stamped the banner with Antique Linen Distress Ink and colored it in using the same damp paintbrush technique. Once the image dried, I stamped the greeting from the Bloomsies Stamp Set using a black ink. Then I die cut the banner with the coordinating Bloomsies Creative Cuts die and popped it up with foam adhesive.

I hope this has given you some ideas on how to create your own floral watercolored masterpiece. Thanks for hanging out with me today!
