Bootastic with Laura!

Hi everyone! Laura Bassen here, and today I have a fun card to share with you featuring the new Bootastic creative cuts that coordinate with the Bootastic stamp set.I used the creative cuts to make a partially die cut window, keeping the witch intact and popped up in front of her neon purple Halloween sky.
