Guest Designer: Gemma Campbell

Hello everyone, this is Gemma from mygirllollipop.com. I am thrilled to be guest designing
on the Mama Elephant blog today, sharing projects highlighting the amazing September
release.

My first card today features the new Little Elf Agenda, along with some previous release
Little Agenda sets. The Little Agenda sets are some of my favourites from Mama Elephant!

I began by working on the background. On a white card base, I stamped the snowflakes from
Holly's Snowflakes. I used purple, turquoise, and blue inks, keeping the stamping to the
lower half of the card base only.

Next, I stamped the Little Agenda Frames onto a piece of white card. I masked the edges of
the frames, before stamping some Little Agenda Elves on to them. I also included a Little
Agenda Santa and Reindeer. These sets work really well together.

I coloured the picture frame scenes with copic markers, then die cut them with the
coordinating dies.

The Jolly & Merry stamp set is perfect for a fun greeting. The Merry is stamped in the same
turquoise as the snowflakes, to tie everything together.

I added the frames to the card with foam tape, then finished the card with some Pretty Pink
Posh Pearl White jewels.

My second card features the adorable Cool Penguins. I absolutely love this stamp set, these
penguins are the sweetest, especially the one in the present box!

To start, I die cut the Hillside Cover Creative Cut from white card. I masked the edges with
post it tape, then added distress oxide ink to each hillside, masking either side as I went, to
keep the colours separate.

I kept the masking around the frame whilst I stamped snowflakes from Holly's Snowflakes
across the background. I heat embossed them with WOW Opaque Bright White and WOW
Sparkling Snow embossing powders.

I adhered the panel to an A2 card base, then stamped a greeting from the Jolly & Merry
stamp set in Versafine Onyx Black ink. I have found that a pigment black ink works best for
stamping over distress oxides as the black stays crisper. To accompany the stamped greeting,
I added the Merry Script Creative Cut, made up of 3 layers of white card with a top layer of
white glitter card stock.

I stamped and coloured the Cool Penguins, using warm grey copic markers. I coloured the
accessories with blues and turquoise, adding a touch of pink for warmth. I then used foam
tape to adhere the images to the card.

Thank you so much for joining me today. I’ve enjoyed sharing my projects with you all. A
big thank you to the Mama Elephant team for inviting me to guest design with them.
Have a fabulous day,
Gemma
