First Look: Carnival Cupcakes + Sentimental Borders

Hola! Today's First Look is a fun one, no two! I know, I know, cupcakes have been done to death... so when approaching a popular theme as this, we brainstormed like crazy to make it unique and different enough that you wouldn't mind adding another cupcake set to your collection. I think we've come up with a brilliant plan and to help bring our vision to life we are continuing our collaboration with Torico, one of the most amazing illustrators/designers in our industry. I always think that card designers make the best stamp designers... and vice versa. Her images are clean, whimsical and oh so full of charm! We worked together to design this brilliant cupcake set! She did all the hard work though! 

For today's card, here is something so quick and easy! Because that's the name of my game, lol! I used Sentimental Borders to stamp a colorful background in diagonal. I love saving this in my stash because many times, I don't feel the need for a focal sentiment, so having it blend into my overall design discreetly is a great way to convey a message.

There are so many fun elements in Carnival Cupcakes, you're gonna have to stay tuned to see all of it. This is just a little snippet of the cuteness! And oh yeah, it comes with coordinating Creative Cuts!
